By accessing or using Truss ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Truss is a managed backend platform providing database, authentication, authorization, storage, and realtime services. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you store through the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly. If payment fails, a grace period applies before service is restricted. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truss and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
