Your application data is stored in your dedicated database instance. We do not access your application data except when necessary for technical support you explicitly request, or to comply with legal obligations.

Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days depending on your plan.
